The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and partnership development across ASEAN & Regional markets.
You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while building strategic relationships with franchise brands and business partners.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced international business environment.

You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while building strategic relationships with franchise brands and business partners.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced international business environment.
What You Will Do:
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings and needs assessment consultations
- Prepare and present proposals for franchise consulting & other services
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Other ad-hoc duties
Partnership Development
- Build relationships with franchise brands, trade show organisers, and strategic partners.
- Represent Asiawide Franchise Consultants at regional franchise exhibitions (8-10 events annually)
- Coordinate business matching activities between franchisors and franchisees.
- Support business mission planning and execution
- Identify market opportunities across different markets
Reporting & Administration
- Update CRM system with client interactions and deal progress
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with internal team on client onboarding and service delivery
