The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and partnership development across ASEAN & Regional markets.

You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while building strategic relationships with franchise brands and business partners.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced international business environment.

What You Will Do:

Client Acquisition & Sales
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, exhibitions, and referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings and needs assessment consultations
  • Prepare and present proposals for franchise consulting & other services
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
  • Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Partnership Development
  • Build relationships with franchise brands, trade show organisers, and strategic partners.
  • Represent Asiawide Franchise Consultants at regional franchise exhibitions (8-10 events annually)
  • Coordinate business matching activities between franchisors and franchisees.
  • Support business mission planning and execution
  • Identify market opportunities across different markets

Reporting & Administration
  • Update CRM system with client interactions and deal progress
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts
  • Coordinate with internal team on client onboarding and service delivery
