1. Lead Generation & Market Research

✓ Identify potential clients in target markets through research, networking, and digital outreach.

✓ Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

✓ Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.

2. Client Relationship Management

✓ Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

✓ Understand client business needs and propose IT solutions (software development, cloud services, managed IT, etc.) that align with their goals.

✓ Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

✓ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.

✓ Prepare business proposals, RFP responses, and contracts in collaboration with the technical and project teams.

✓ Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close profitable deals.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams

✓ Work closely with technical, marketing, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

✓ Provide feedback from clients to guide product development and service improvements.

✓ Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and promotional materials that align with business objectives.

5. Reporting & Performance Analysis

✓ Track, analyze, and report sales performance and business development activities.

✓ Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively.

✓ Forecast revenue and business growth opportunities.

6. Branding & Networking

✓ Represent the company at industry events, tech conferences, and networking forums.

✓ Build brand presence in the IT industry through strategic partnerships and community engagement.
