Job scope:
Identifying Opportunities: Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with existing or new venues, organisations, or platforms to host sampling activities.
Building Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with venue owners, operators, community partners, or relevant influencers. Negotiate terms, agreements, and partnerships to support activations and events.
Cross-Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote activations across social media, email newsletters, and partner communication channels. This may include showcasing new products, highlighting key benefits, or running promotional campaigns and giveaways.
Event Conceptualization: Work closely with internal teams and partners to develop event concepts that align with business objectives, such as product launches, brand awareness, or customer engagement initiatives.
Event Logistics: Handle event logistics from start to finish, including location setup, equipment, timing, registrations, and more.
Managing Timelines and Budgets: Ensure the event stays within budget and runs on time. This includes managing event costs, securing event vendors (e.g., food, drinks, equipment, staff), and ensuring all materials (like branding or signage) are ready.
Coordination with Vendors: If external vendors (e.g., sponsors, local brands) are involved, work with them on how to integrate their products or services into the event in a meaningful way.
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a promotional plan. This could include digital marketing (social media, email, website content), offline marketing (flyers, posters), or collaborations with influencers.
Content Creation: Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for pre-event promotions, event day updates, and post-event follow-ups (e.g., Instagram posts, videos, email newsletters).
Social Media Campaigns: Run targeted social media campaigns before, during, and after the event to drive engagement and attendance. Use stories, reels, and live sessions to create buzz.
Market & Trend Awareness
Stay up to date with relevant market trends, consumer behaviours, and emerging platforms to inform innovative activation ideas and enhance overall event and partnership strategies.

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in business or business-related field.
- Fresh grads are welcomed.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
