Medical Sales Representative

Location: Singapore
Traveling: Around islandwide required

Drive business growth and account profitability by managing relationships with hospitals, key doctors, and channel partners; provide clinical and technical support for medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve business plan targets and deliver profitable growth within assigned accounts
• Engage with doctors/KOLs (e.g., Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists) in private and government hospitals
• Manage tenders, consignment stocks, and collaboration with channel partners
• Provide technical support and tools maintenance; respond promptly to doctor inquiries
• Assist with procedures/implantations and conduct follow-up
• Resolve issues and perform root cause analysis
• Develop and execute strategic account plans effectively
• Maintain compliance with business, healthcare, and company regulations
• Initiate sales activities aligned with company objectives
• Support marketing programs, workshops, congresses, and clinical studies as needed

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related medical discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience, preferably in the medical industry
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
