About the RoleWe are seeking a high-caliber Business Development & Partnership Associate to join our expanding team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in supporting our Head of BD to scale our global footprint through strategic partnerships, including IBs, Affiliates, and Institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Lifecycle: Assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing institutional partners (IBs, Affiliates, White Labels).
• Commercial Support: Draft professional proposals and refine commission/rebate structures that align with both business goals and regulatory standards.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Tech teams to ensure seamless partner integration and compliance.
• Data Analytics: Monitor KPIs (Trading volumes, Net Inflows) and deliver executive-level reports to optimize channel performance.
• Event Engagement: Represent the firm at industry expos, webinars, and high-level business roadshows.

Who We Are Looking For

• Industry Expertise: Experience in Forex, CFDs, Crypto, or FinTech is highly preferred.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is essential to manage our diverse global stakeholder base. (Additional languages like Russian, Arabic, or Thai are a major plus).
• Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to turn data into a compelling narrative.
• Adaptability: A proactive mindset capable of thriving in the fast-paced, regulated financial landscape of Singapore.
• Academic Background: Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
