Job Description

The Business Development Executive supports the growth of EASE Jobs by identifying new business opportunities, engaging corporate clients, and proposing suitable job advertising and recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Engage clients to understand hiring and recruitment needs
• Present job advertising and recruitment solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial materials
• Coordinate internally to support client onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with client engagement
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in business development or sales is an advantage
