Job Description
Requirements
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to grow revenue in precision manufacturing markets.
- Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts, including OEMs and MNCs.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and manage long-term customer partnerships.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations in coordination with internal teams.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Drive new project acquisition from RFQ to mass production stage.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets, manage sales forecasts, and report on pipeline and performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, DO/DA matters, RMA, and commercial discussions as required.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales or business development experience in precision manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong understanding of machining, fabrication, or surface treatment processes is an advantage.
- Proven track record in sales growth and key account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Willingness to travel and support business needs as required.
