Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to grow their career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities: -
  • Process invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Reconcile accounts and preparing of monthly reports
  • Prepare audit related documents for Singapore and oversea affiliates / branches
  • Perform inter-company billing
  • Perform internet banking / bank reconciliation
  • Prepare and process claim submission
  • Perform month-end account closing activities
  • Manage AP/AR, cashflow, filing and record-keeping
  • Provide support to supervisor and department as required

Requirements: -
  • Certificate /Diploma in Accounting
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experiences
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Words, etc)
  • Experience in using ERP platform would be advantageous
  • Meticulous, good with details and numbers
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Team player and ability to work within tight schedule and deadlines
