- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support payroll processing and related statutory compliance where necessary.
- Prepare and process petty cash transactions.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors/clients to resolve queries.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience (1-3 years) in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of local taxation and statutory compliance.
- Experience with payroll and HR-related financial processes.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
