• Position : Accounts & Admin Executive (Invoices/ GST/ Audit)
• Location : Tuas (Company transport provided: Various MRT pick up points)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + Flexi Benefits (Dental, TCM) + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Equipment & parts distributor (MNC)

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, Accounts Payable (AP)/Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, including GST/tax filings, financial reports, and audit support
• Perform general office administration

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in admin and accounting roles
