Job Description
General
- performing studies and analysis of the feasibility and attractiveness of new business and investment opportunities;
- preparing documents such as "teasers", investment memoranda, term sheets;
- constructing financial, accounting, and tax models for various potential or on going transactions and projects;
- preparing documents for investor reporting, winemaker lease management, etc.;
- overseeing proper cash flows and wine bottles/shipment movements of the Company for various transactions of the Company
- interacting with staff of administrative bodies;
General
- preparing marketing documents and materials, including general presentation documents, pitchbooks, "case studies", etc.
- creating document templates (style, format, generic presentations, etc.);
- building and maintaining the Company's databases, including for "pipeline" of opportunities being pursued, vineyard land and wine bottle price history, transaction history, reviewed opportunities, client files, Company's files, transaction files, etc.;
- directly assisting the CEO in respect of the operations of the Company and its affiliated companies;
- taking occasional business travels on various matters of the Company and its affiliated companies in accordance with the Company's policies;
- meeting with prospective third party investors, partners, winemaking professional, wine estate owners, staff of administrative bodies;
