- Identify and secure new business opportunities across Singapore through proactive outreach and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workforce challenges and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
- Keep abreast of manpower trends, client demands, and competitor movements in the Singapore market.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and company growth objectives.
- Actively participate in business networking events and represent the company professionally.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 3-5 years' proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or account management in the recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services sector.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, resilient, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Singapore's manpower landscape and employment regulations is advantageous.
