Position: Business Development Manager (Ref:FRH)

Celecti is an officially appointed recruitment firm for this role. Our client is a global logistics company with more than decade of presence in Singapore. The company is expanding and looking for a business development manager to drive local sales and pursue strategic opportunities to accelerate growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Grow existing customer accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop new business and expand the client base.
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage RFQs, sales inquiries, and all stages of the sales cycle from lead generation to project implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, process consistency, and timely follow-ups.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on payments to support healthy cash flow.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of sales experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a diverse environment
- Have a proactive, positive, problem-solving mindset
- Singaporeans only
