We are seeking a Business Development Executive / Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts across Singapore and Southeast Asia. In this role, you will identify and secure new commercial partnerships and franchise opportunities, drive market growth strategies, and lead high-value negotiations to maximize business impact. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that strengthen our market presence.

Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive / Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts across Singapore and Southeast Asia. In this role, you will identify and secure new commercial partnerships and franchise opportunities, drive market growth strategies, and lead high-value negotiations to maximize business impact. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that strengthen our market presence.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential high-traffic locations for vending machine placements through on-site visits and data analysis (e.g. footfall, crowd flow, peak hours).
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new commercial partnership and franchise opportunities.
- Engage and negotiate directly with landlords, property managers, and venue owners to secure strategic machine placement opportunities.
- Assess feasibility of each site by analyzing rental cost, accessibility, power supply availability, and potential return on investment.
- Develop and execute growth strategies that support market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong landlord relationships to ensure long-term site stability and explore future opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong market connections within Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Track and report performance of placed machines, gather feedback from locations, and adjust strategies to optimize revenue and placement success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Proven experience in F&B business development, franchise management, or commercial partnership roles
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record in achieving sales or expansion targets
- Established business network in Singapore; regional connections in Southeast Asia a plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to navigate complex business discussions and close high-impact deals
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with agility and adaptability
- Fluency in English and Chinese for partnership and documentation purposes
