Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support and grow our construction business, with a strong focus on steel structure works. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting tender and contract processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• \tIdentify and develop new business opportunities in construction and steel structure projects

• \tBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and main contractors

• \tPrepare business proposals, presentations, and tenders

• \tCoordinate with internal teams on project feasibility and costing

• \tMonitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments

• \tAchieve sales and revenue targets set by the company

Requirements:

• \tBachelor's Degree (any discipline acceptable)

• \tExperience in construction industry, preferably steel structure works

• \tStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• \tKnowledge of tendering process and construction contracts is an advantage

• \tSelf-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently
