• Working location: Alps (With transport pickup at Tampines and Tanah Merah)
• 5 days, Alt Sat work week
• Salary: $2400 - $3000

Responsibilities

1) Use of cargowise one system to generate invoices, reportsand arrangement of cargo deliveries

2) Work very closely with teammates, customers, vendors,operations and sales teammates to ensure invoices, reports and arrangement of cargo deliveries are complete, correct and on time.

3) Reports to monitor / update daily.

4) Strong in liaising with Sales, Customer Service and Client in order to carry out his/her responsibilities in a timely manner

6) Very good housekeeping and organized in his/her work

7) Strong follow ups; essentially having basic Key Account management skills

Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in the supply chain industry

• Able to work within tight deadlines

• Proficient in MS Office

• Strong time management to manage his/her work; ie prioritizing and planning of work effectively to meet deadlines

• Able to go the extra mile in order to complete your daily work; ie able to work Overtime where required

• Strong team player to support your colleagues to complete the work of the entire department
