Job Description

Santai Air-Conditioning & Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development & Operations Consultant to support the company's strategic growth and operational expansion. The role will work closely with management to drive business development initiatives, improve internal workflows, and coordinate projects across Singapore and the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the engineering and air-conditioning sector.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for corporate and residential clients.
• Assist management in planning and executing operational improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with project, technical, and administrative teams to enhance service delivery and workflow efficiency.
• Support digitalisation and CRM implementation to improve customer engagement.
• Develop marketing, branding, and outreach strategies for business growth.
• Liaise with overseas suppliers and partners (e.g., Malaysia / China) to support cross-border business coordination.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on business development progress and operational performance.

Job Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in business development, consulting, operations, or related fields (internship experience accepted).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners.
• Ability to work independently and support senior management in planning and coordination tasks.
• Familiarity with workflow improvement, digital tools, and customer management systems is an advantage.
