Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact

The Business Development Executive will have responsibility for driving market share and qualifying leads. The Business Development Executive will follow up on web inquiries, pre‐qualify leads, and develop to the point of Sales closure. In addition to inboundinquiries, the Business Development Specialist will perform prospecting,marketing event outreach and sales development functions to build a pipelinewithin targeted accounts designated by management. An implicit responsibilityof the Business Development Executive is to conduct business dealings withprospects in a way that creates a superior customer/prospect experience to setthe stage for future sales.

  • Prospect and pitch to potential new clients and establish a robustpipeline of opportunities
  • Source for potential clients by scanning and identifying potentialbusiness opportunities on multiple platforms and through networking
  • Achieve or exceed goal for qualified leads to Sales on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct general market research to understand industry and client needs
  • Develop and Manage client relations by working closely with potentialcustomers and partners
  • Prepare tender proposals, pricing, administration documentation andpresentation materials
  • Manage coordination and administration with customers and ITvendors/partners
  • Support the Director in meeting the department's target and to undertakeadditional cross-functional duties and projects as assigned
  • Update lead status and all prospect interaction in CRM applicationdaily.
  • Provide weekly activity report to management.

Qualities We Value
  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in B2B sales andbusiness development hunter role for professional services preferred
  • Candidates with complex sales, Business Process Outsourcing or CallCentre services sales experienced preferred
  • Be familiar with GeBiz and large-scale tendering processes
  • Be comfortable working/partnering with Digital and Technology vendorsand sub-contractors to translate business requirements to tender solutions
  • Strong self-starter with excellent networking and persuasion skills
  • Good communication, complex proposal writing, powerpoint andpresentation skills
  • Meticulous with strong numeracy skills
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools.
  • High standards of customer service, honesty and integrity
  • Able to work well in a team and as an individual contributor
  • Have the desire to succeed in a dynamic environment. You thinkout-of-the-box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work.
