About Company:
Our client is a global provider of mechanical seals, sealing systems, and industrial components. Their core product lines include mechanical seals, bellows, cartridge seals, pump parts, industrial lubricants, and seismic isolation devices. They serve a wide range of industries.

Job Description:
- Sales activities for gland packing and mechanical seal products
- Account management and follow-up with existing clients (Singapore, India, Philippines, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.)
- New business development
- Preparing quotations, product proposals, and basic technical support
- Project coordination and negotiations with clients
- Overseas business trips (mainly India; approx. once a month or once every 1-2 months)
- Collaboration with internal engineering teams and external partners

Job Requirements:
- Experience or strong knowledge in Gland Packing and/or Mechanical Seals
- Sales experience in related fields preferred
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Flexibility and strong curiosity to learn
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Sales experience in industrial machinery
- Ability to use English or Indian languages in order to deal with clients in India market
- Willingness to travel to India regularly

Compensation:
- Work Location: Pandan Loop
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Bonus: AWS + Variable Bonus (once a year)
- Annual Salary Review: December, based on performance
- Allowance: Transportation allowance SGD 200/month
- Medical insurance
