Industry experience: BFSI, Logistics, Healthcare. BDM to drive revenue growth in Singapore/ASEAN market. Role involved identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and closing deals while working closely with internal delivery and marketing/IS teams.
Experience: 8+ years
Key Responsibilities:
a. Drive new business acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets
b. Identify, qualify and pursue new leads, accounts, and partnerships
c. Develop and execute sales targets for ASEAN market growth
d. Build strong relationship with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders
e. Prepare and delivery sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
f. Manage complete sales life cycle from prospecting to deal closure
g. Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, and Delivery teams
h. Maintain accurate Sales/CRM records, forecasts and Pipeline reports
i. Monitor customer/market needs
j. Represent the company at industry events networking sessions, and meetings
Required Skills andQualifications
a. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
b. Proven experience in Sales, Business development
c. Strong understanding of Singapore/Asean market dynamics
d. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
e. Ability to work independently and meet targets
f. Experience selling IT services /SaaS/local enterprises or regional clients is a plus
