• Relationship Management
o Develop and execute business plans in collaboration with Business Banking teams.
o Identify and explore cross-functional opportunities across business units and customer touchpoints.
o Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at various levels within the Bank.
o Manage and optimize partnerships with business units to secure long-term collaboration and business growth.
• Strategic Marketing
o Co-develop marketingstrategies and campaigns with the Bank to achieve key performance indicators.
o Plan and implement productsequencing strategies aligned with the Bank's customer lifecycle
o Launch acquisition(cross-sell) and customer management (up-sell) campaigns in a timely and structured manner.
• Campaign Managemento Coordinate with internaland external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
o Drive acquisition, customer retention, and conservation activities within budgetary controls.
o Secure necessary approvals and clearances for campaign materials and initiatives.
o Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Underwriting
o Underwrite generalinsurance commercial line products within authorized limits.
o Provide quotations for newbusiness and arrange facultative support when required.
o Ensure portfolioprofitability and maintain desired loss ratios.
o Participate inunderwriting-related projects and tasks as assigned.
