Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including AP/AR and bank entries.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts accurately.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation and assist in closing of accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Support month-end and year-end audits by preparing required schedules.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections.
  • Assist in GST preparation and submission.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on finance-related matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Certificates in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (Fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
