Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including AP/AR and bank entries.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts accurately.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and assist in closing of accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Support month-end and year-end audits by preparing required schedules.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections.
- Assist in GST preparation and submission.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on finance-related matters.
- Any other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Certificates in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (Fresh graduates may be considered).
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
