Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer by providing product information over the phone and at customer's sites.
2. Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
3. Maintain customer databases and update visit records regularly by keeping track of the sales visits and activities, including customer interactions, sales leads and follow-up tasks.
4. Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding client feedback, market trends and competitor activities.
5. Assist in preparing sales presentations, quotations and proposals for customers.
6. Assist in workshops and at exhibitions to showcase our products and services.
7. Timely deliveries of small items, ensuring customer satisfaction.
8. Maintain inventory of sales materials, including brochures, samples and promotional items.
9. Collaborate with internal departments to support both pre/post sales activities and resolve customer issues.
