Responsibility:

1. Responsible for growth of mortgage business while providing loan advisory and solutions.

2. Acquire prospective clients through cold-calling and referrals.

3. Follow up on loan applications and documentations.

4 Liaise with external parties like lawyers & banker.

Requirement:

1. Excellent communication skills.

2. Friendly and positive attitude.

3. Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin(to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers).

4. With or without experience are welcome, as training will be provided.
