Responsibilities:

• Manage GRN invoice matching and entry via supplier portal.
• Process payments, staff claims, and perform invoice verification.
• Detect and flag irregularities in invoice processing.
• Allocate expenses to correct accounts and cost centres.
• Execute bi-monthly and weekly payment runs.
• Perform monthly supplier and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain balance sheet schedules and assist in AP closing.
• Address supplier inquiries and manage document filing.
• Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accounting.
• Min. 1 year of working experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proficient in ERP Systems - AX Dynamics System and MS Office.
