  • Design business development strategies aligned with company vision and target markets. based on customer demand and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals that meet client needs and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client pain points and business goals.
  • Assist or hire and train junior Business Development or Account Executives, helping them refine their sales strategies, closing techniques, and pipeline management skills.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports (through CRM system) for forecasting, progress and updates.
