As we continue to grow, we areseeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to leadthe administrative and operational functions of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, collections, and reporting.
• Coordinate the preparation of Request for Proposals (RSP), pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
• Collect and maintain the Firm's representative experience and update the experience database.
• Conduct research on prospective clients, existing clients, and industry trends.
• Assist with client events, webinars, and other business development initiatives.
• Ensure IT systems and infrastructure support the firm's operations effectively.
• Support special projects as required by the Partners.
• Manage the firm's social media accounts and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organization and project management skills.
• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel from time to time.
