Business Development Manager (Billiard Club)

Location: Singapore • Full-time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our billiard club's revenue, partnerships, and customer base. You will lead initiatives to increase footfall, expand memberships, drive events, and build the club's brand as a top entertainment destination.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue across billiards, F&B, events, and memberships
• Build partnerships with corporates, schools, event organizers, and communities
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
• Coordinate tournaments, leagues, and club events
• Analyze performance data and prepare business reports
• Support operations in enhancing customer experience

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Relevant experience in business development for Billiard or Pool Clubs
• Strong communication, marketing, and partnership-building skills
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (may require occasional weekends/events)
