The Business Development Manager drives the expansion of The Eros Keys™ brand by identifying and securing new business opportunities across B2B, institutional, and consumer markets. The role is responsible for executing scalable growth strategies that align with the organisation's mission, developing strategic partnerships, and managing client acquisition activities. The Business Development Manager strengthens the organisation's market position by building a sustainable sales pipeline, increasing revenue, and supporting the growth of women's emotional and relational development programmes. Additionally, the role plays a hands-on function in coordinating and implementing key business initiatives to support overall organisational growth and visibility.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, institutional, and consumer markets to expand organisational reach.
2. Develop and implement scalable growth strategies that support The Eros Keys™ mission and long-term goals.
3. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support consistent lead generation and revenue growth.
4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide strategic business decisions.
5. Lead negotiation, structuring, and execution of partnership and service agreements to maximise programme impact and revenue.
6. Manage the full client acquisition cycle, including prospecting, engagement, proposal development and closing.
7. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction and alignment with organisational objectives.
8. Ensure the smooth delivery and execution of partnership obligations and programme implementations.
9. The trainee will be able to contribute to the continuous growth of women's emotional, relational and personal development programmes.
10. Develop and support initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and promote programme offerings.
11. Monitor market trends, industry shifts, and policy environments to identify emerging business opportunities and risks.
12. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements across all business development activities.
