We are a Building (Mechanical & Electrical) Maintenance Company in Singapore looking to recruit a business development manager to market our building maintenance services and to secure new clients.

The job responsibilities are as below:

• To prepare and update marketing materials for the company
• To source for and to develop new potential customers
• To approach customers so as to market and sell our services
• To secure Building (M&E) Maintenance Contracts for the Company
• To achieve KPI set by the management

The requirements for the position are as below:

• Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level
• Good communication skills and self-motivated
• Possess a good network of contacts in the Property Management and Building Maintenance industry
• Possess good networking skills and track record in securing Building Maintenance will be a plus
• Able to work independently and good team player
