The Singapore Institute of Career Development (SICD) empowers mid-career professionals to transition into the technology industry through a Job-First, Place-and-Train Program. We partner with employers across Singapore to provide skilled, committed talent trained specifically to their needs.

We are expanding and looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping people transform their careers while growing SICD's employer ecosystem.

Role Overview

This hybrid role combines Business Development and Digital Marketing, and is ideal for someone with strong connections in Singapore's IT ecosystem and a desire for meaningful, impactful work.

You will play a key role in expanding SICD's partnered employer base and promoting our career development program across digital platforms and events-all while enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home position.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with employers across Product Distributors, Systems Integrators, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• Promote SICD's Job-First career development program and onboard new partnered employers.
• Understand employer hiring needs and match suitable SICD candidates to their job openings.
• Coordinate interviews, manage employer follow-ups, and support the hiring process end-to-end.
• Maintain and grow a strong employer pipeline to support ongoing student placement.

Digital Marketing

• Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to promote SICD's programs and grow applicant interest.
• Develop and publish engaging content for SICD's social channels: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Participate in job fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to raise awareness of SICD and attract mid-career talent.
• Assist in maintaining SICD's branding and messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
