Key Responsibilities:

Skills:
- Lead BD projects, including project preliminary screening, market research, build business case and proposal, seek alignment with cross function stakeholders and decision makers, negotiate with external partner, run TS and agreement deadline, etc.
- Spearhead BD project related cross-fuction communication internally
- Play key role in BD project based internal communication, including routine report drafting for company OA system, monthly management meeting material preparation, etc.
- Support alliance management and local partnering efforts
- Serve as project manager for BD projects and initiatives, including project file organizing on cloud drive, and project record/log keeping on shared notebook
- Contribute to BD scope and portfolio strategy
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Significant experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical industry or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record in business development and project management.
- Consulting and/or investment banking experience highly regarded, especially with a background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related sectors, bringing advanced analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and a robust analytical approach to data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment, supporting and driving strategic initiatives at the senior management level.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a proactive and structured approach to managing projects and stakeholder communications.
Skills:
- Advanced coordination and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Superior presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Comprehensive understanding of data analytics and its application in strategic business contexts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and a strong desire to drive innovation and operational excellence in a fast-paced industry.
