The Role:

We are partnering with an International Law Firm as they have a newly created Business Development Executive role to join their Global BD team, supporting a market leading Dispute Resolution practice.

This varied role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to marketing campaigns, proposals, and pitches, manage client engagement initiatives, and enhance the firm's global reputation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced professional environment, a solid understanding of business development, and a passion for learning and broadening their expertise.

Requirements:

• Degree-qualified with experience in professional services (legal, consultancy, accountancy, technology, or corporate sectors)
• Strong relationship-building, teamwork, and communication skills, with emotional intelligence and professional judgment
• Excellent project management, multi-tasking, and written/oral presentation skills
• Proactive, curious, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines and evolving priorities
