About the role

YCS MGMT & CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team in Singapore. This full-time position will involve handling a range of accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities to support the financial operations of our growing consulting business.

What you'll be doing

• Performing data entry
• Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank statements
• Maintaining and updating financial records and registers
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualification in accounting or finance
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Proficient in the use of Office 365, accounting software, such as MYOB, AutoCount, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
