Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Executive to support account servicing, business development activities, and assist the Program Manager in day-to-day project coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience, with a strong interest in client management and Japanese-language communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Servicing Support
• Assist in managing client accounts through basic follow-ups and coordination.
• Help prepare meeting notes, simple reports, and status updates.
• Support communication between clients and internal teams.
2. Japanese Language Communication
• Communicate with Japanese-speaking clients under guidance.
• Translate simple emails, documents, and presentation content.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in Japanese communication.
3. Business Development Assistance
• Support the team in researching potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks and proposal materials.
• Help maintain sales pipelines and data sheets.
4. Assist the Program Manager
• Support the Program Manager in scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Help track program timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
• Assist during events, client activities, or onsite program needs.
5. PowerPoint & Presentation Tasks
• Create basic PowerPoint slides and assist with refining presentation layouts.
• Update proposal decks and reports based on provided content.
• Ensure slides are neat, clear, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written); JLPT N3-N2 preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
