Job Description:
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly accounts receivable/ payables aging for review
  • Handle office expenses, staff claims and bank reconciliation
  • Prepare payment documents
  • Prepare tax invoices, send statement of accounts to customers and chase for overdue debts
  • Perform month end closing of accounts including preparation of management accounts, bank reconciliations, and audit schedules
  • Assist in monthly closing
  • Ad-hoc activities as assigned by management
  • Ensure adherence to the Accounting Financial Manual and Accounting Policies
  • Calculating cost for production inventory
  • Preparing of purchase order and requesting of purchase quotation
  • Job Requirements:
  • Positive and resourceful, good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Able to converse in English and Chinese
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Proactive and Independent
