We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager for Professional Consultancy Firm. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strategic relationships, and contributing to the growth of our firm. You'll work closely with our leadership team, engineers, architects, and project managers to develop and execute business strategies that align with our company's vision.

• Experience in preparing and managing tenders
• To review all government tender website such as gebiz etc., and prepare and submit technical and sales proposals and Technical Proposal

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or related roles within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
• Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, or general management, ideally in the Buildings and Infrastructure Sector
• Self-motivated, strategic, and accountable and Ability to report directly to Top Management
• Strong financial and commercial acumen in pricing, costing, and margins
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
