Title: Clinical Account Specialist / Manager

Position Summary: The Clinical Account Specialist will provide support and training for the company's products. Develop and implement various account growth strategies to support usage of the product Monitor and analyze sales activity against goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to integrate Iungo's product lines into their daily routine and standard practice workings.
• Provide clinical insight and training to customers
• Develop and educate dentists and other health care practioners on best practices and selling our products as solutions to Dental Service Organisation and clinics.
• Execute a compelling strategic vision and direction of the organization company sales functions.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing methods, costs, and results.
• Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations. Participate in the development of new project proposals
• Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Ability to represent company for Quality and Regulatory requirements in region

Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years managing and working with medical/dental professionals; 5+ years for manager
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
• Demonstrated success in account management
• Clinical understanding and knowledge of the oral cavity
• Background in training and educational settings
• Ability to meet and report on sales targets
• Passion for product-and customer-centric marketing
• Possess an innovative, creative approach, able to influence and gain commitment from others
