We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive growth, expand partnerships, and help Feelvim strengthen its presence in the logistics and courier industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the logistics, e-commerce, and courier sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new market segments and increase market share.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth trends and pricing opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report key performance metrics to management.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within logistics, courier, or 3PL sectors.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Singapore's logistics and e-commerce ecosystem.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
