About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Development & Strategy Executive to drive strategic growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and support key corporate decisions. In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership to shape our growth roadmap - combining market insight, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Analysis

• Support the development of corporate strategy, long-term business plans, and market entry initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to support data-driven decision-making.
• Track industry trends and identify strategic opportunities for growth, partnerships, or investment.

Business Development & Partnerships

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential partnerships, alliances, and new revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
• Collaborate with internal teams (M&A, Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations) to execute go-to-market initiatives and partnership strategies.

Strategic Projects & Execution

• Drive cross-functional strategic projects from concept to implementation.
• Develop executive-level presentations and business cases to support decision-making.
• Monitor performance of key initiatives and report on KPIs and business outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, business strategy, or business development roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides; financial modeling experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
