Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor sales performance, report on KPIs, and provide strategic insights to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Bio-Technology.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales/business development role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., IT, manufacturing, finance] is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
