Requirements / Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Bio-Technology.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales/business development role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., IT, manufacturing, finance] is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
