Role Overview
The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving business growth across our client's corporate workplace and commercial interior design & build portfolio. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and supporting the Sales Director in developing strategies to expand the company's market presence.

The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving business growth across our client's corporate workplace and commercial interior design & build portfolio. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and supporting the Sales Director in developing strategies to expand the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate and commercial sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including corporate real estate teams, end-users, project managers, and consultants.
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal design and project teams to ensure proposals and presentations align with client objectives.
- Support the preparation of tender submissions, pitch materials, and commercial documentation.
- Track and report on pipeline activities, market intelligence, and competitor developments.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, networking events, and brand-building activities to enhance visibility within target markets.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-5 years of business development experience within the interior design, fit-out, construction, or related industry.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and convert opportunities into successful projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project-based sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
