Assistant Accounts Manager / Accounts Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide management over a portfolio of clients to ensure required filings and submissions to be done by stipulated timeline
  • Scheduling, monitor, control, coach, train and develop team members including reviewing of tax computations, GST computations, accounting treatment and preparation of unaudited financial statements in compliance with relevant governing law
  • Work with external auditors, resolving any accounting or tax related issues for portfolio of clients
  • Develop and inspire a motivated team to be client-centric with competent people skills to engage with clients, response to clients in timely and efficient manner
  • Hands on and lead by example

Requirements
  • Recognised Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA etc.)
  • Tax Accreditation from SCTP (preferred)
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in outsource accounting work
  • Analytical with good inter-personal skills
  • Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles
