Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company sales and growth targets.

• ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and main contractors.

• ⁠ ⁠Lead proposal preparation, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.

• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.

• ⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.

• ⁠ ⁠Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows.

• ⁠ ⁠Prepare business performance reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• ⁠ ⁠At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or project management within the construction or renovation industry.

• ⁠ ⁠Strong network and familiarity with local construction regulations and procurement processes.

• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• ⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
