BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive sales growth across B2B and retail channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, hospitality partners, and event organizations.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with gift retailers, tourism operators, and premium stores for distribution and collaboration.
  • Explore overseas expansion and cross-border e-commerce opportunities for the brand.
  • Work closely with management to formulate pricing, promotion and branding strategies for different markets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong network and understanding of Singapore and regional markets.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to develop new channels from scratch.
  • Experience working in a small-to-medium enterprise (SME) environment is an advantage.
