Responsibilities
Requirements
- Develop and execute business development plans to drive sales growth across B2B and retail channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, hospitality partners, and event organizations.
- Identify and secure partnerships with gift retailers, tourism operators, and premium stores for distribution and collaboration.
- Explore overseas expansion and cross-border e-commerce opportunities for the brand.
- Work closely with management to formulate pricing, promotion and branding strategies for different markets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Strong network and understanding of Singapore and regional markets.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated, independent and able to develop new channels from scratch.
- Experience working in a small-to-medium enterprise (SME) environment is an advantage.
