Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Support month-end closing and audits
• Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing issues
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance
• 1-2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates may also be considered)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a marine or logistics-related industry is an advantage
