JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Provide support to the Business Development team in feasibility studies and evaluation of project tenders
• Plan, lead and manage activities related to the identification, pursuit, and capture of commercial sales opportunities
• Participate in tender briefing and provide project summary
• Coordinate and compile weekly/monthly reports
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry strategic partners/ stakeholders for continuous collaboration
• Represent company at networking events/meetings to promote the company's unique value proposition

REQUIREMENT

• Possess a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Building with 5 years' relevant experience, preferably from the construction industry
• Possess strong organisational abilities, time management skills, interpersonal skills and a high degree of confidentiality
• Adept in Microsoft Office
