Air Import Executive

• Working Location: Changi
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm | Alt Sat 9am-1pm
• Basic Salary: $2500-$3500

Job Description

• Act as single point of contact for Airfreight Import
• Manage internal and external customers for the movement of import shipments
• Follow up on urgent shipments pro-actively
• Liaise effectively with different level of stakeholders like Warehouse / Operations / Billing / Sales
• Ensure that customers' expectations are being met and mapped in SOP
• Regular Business Review with Customers - MBR or QBR
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior
• Perform End to End Process which include Billing
• Follow up with Customer on any Billing Disputes

Requirements

• 1yrs Exp in Airfreight Import
• Able to work on weekends if required
• Able to use Microsoft Excel for Reporting
