Job Description: Business Manager - Singapore

Our client is a creative communications and production agency with strong roots in India and an expanding footprint in Singapore. We collaborate with brands to deliver integrated advertising, digital, and video production solutions that move audiences and drive measurable impact. We're looking for a Business Manager to lead our Singapore operations someone who can build and nurture client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure seamless project delivery across creative and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and coordinating project updates.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, including networking, outreach, and participation in industry events.
• Identify, pitch, and convert new business opportunities across advertising, digital, and video production.
• Collaborate with creative, technical, and vendor teams to deliver projects that align with client goals and brand strategy.
• Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and reports to clients and prospects.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities within the Singapore and Southeast Asia ecosystem.
• Oversee project budgets, profitability, and delivery timelines.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective client servicing and business development efforts.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or account management within advertising, marketing, or production.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, managing several projects and clients simultaneously.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing client accounts.
• Knowledge of the Singapore market and understanding of digital marketing and production trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Salary: S$2,500 to S$3,000 Per Month + Incentives
