Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in International Sales.
- Experience in the Marine Industry.
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferrably in Maritime Engineering, Sales, etc.).
- Proven communication skills and have a good command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Independent worker who can plan and organise their own work.
- Ambitious with a strong sense of success and have a commercial mindset.
- Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
- IT literate with proficiency in MS Office products and CRM systems.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and pursuing new markets, clients or partnerships.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Develop strategies for market entry and expansion.
- Negotiate deals and close new business.
- Drive profitable sales growth on new customers with sales team and sales agents.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts.
- Set and reach ambitious sales growth targets together with the sales team and sales agents.
- Secure full compliance with Maritec Naias' sales governance for their own portfolio.
- Ensure accurate and updated information is provided in their own accounts on Salesforce.
- Contract management, make sure that accounts adhere to all terms, including credit.
- Implement and follow up on campaigns/offers.
- Collaborate closely with the Credit team, monitoring account receivables and taking improving actions whenever needed.
- Responsible for ensuring all client accounts have approval limits in place in accprdance with the Credit Policy and DLA.
- Responsible for credit collections and credit risk management related to client portfolio.
