Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in International Sales.
  • Experience in the Marine Industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferrably in Maritime Engineering, Sales, etc.).
  • Proven communication skills and have a good command of the English language (verbal and written).
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers.
  • Independent worker who can plan and organise their own work.
  • Ambitious with a strong sense of success and have a commercial mindset.
  • Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office products and CRM systems.


Responsibilities:
  • Researching and pursuing new markets, clients or partnerships.
  • Generate leads and convert them into customers.
  • Develop strategies for market entry and expansion.
  • Negotiate deals and close new business.
  • Drive profitable sales growth on new customers with sales team and sales agents.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts.
  • Set and reach ambitious sales growth targets together with the sales team and sales agents.
  • Secure full compliance with Maritec Naias' sales governance for their own portfolio.
  • Ensure accurate and updated information is provided in their own accounts on Salesforce.
  • Contract management, make sure that accounts adhere to all terms, including credit.
  • Implement and follow up on campaigns/offers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Credit team, monitoring account receivables and taking improving actions whenever needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring all client accounts have approval limits in place in accprdance with the Credit Policy and DLA.
  • Responsible for credit collections and credit risk management related to client portfolio.
